Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Head of Marketing (CMO) to join our executive leadership team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, proven success in scaling marketing initiatives in high-growth industries, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Overall Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, growth targets, and product roadmap.
  • Define the core marketing metrics (KPIs) and build a robust analytics framework to measure the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making across all marketing functions (brand, performance, content, PR, community, product marketing).
  • Brand Building & Communications:
  • Define and articulate the company's brand vision, mission, values, and unique selling propositions within the competitive crypto landscape.
  • Oversee the development of a strong, consistent brand narrative and visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring trust, credibility, and differentiation.
  • Lead Public Relations and Corporate Communications, managing media relations, press releases, thought leadership initiatives, and crisis communications to enhance public perception and brand reputation.
  • Act as a key spokesperson for the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
  • Performance Marketing & Growth:
  • Drive aggressive user acquisition and activation through data-driven performance marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display, affiliate marketing, and retargeting.
  • Optimize conversion funnels, leveraging A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and personalization strategies to maximize marketing efficiency.
  • Implement robust CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance user retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Content Marketing & SEO:
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy (blog, articles, videos, educational guides, market insights) that positions us as an industry thought leader and attracts organic traffic.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and discoverability for key crypto-related terms and platform features.
  • Community Engagement & Social Media:
  • Build and nurture a strong, engaged, and loyal community across relevant platforms (e.g., Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube).
  • Develop and execute community-driven campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social media strategies that foster advocacy and virality within the crypto-native audience.
  • Product Marketing & GTM:
  • Partner closely with Product and Business Development teams to develop compelling go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and financial offerings (e.g., new listings, staking services, derivatives, Web3 integrations).
  • Articulate clear value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences (retail, institutional, developers).
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and strategic opportunities within the global crypto market.
  • Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies, product development, and business expansion initiatives.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Adherence:
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all marketing activities, messaging, and campaigns are fully compliant with local and international regulations for financial services and digital assets.
  • Proactively adapt marketing strategies in response to evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Budget Management:
  • Own and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrating clear ROI for all marketing investments.
