Description
- Assist in expanding the client base by identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations for prospective partnerships.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials requested by the Manager.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and company records.
- Serve as a point of contact between the Manager and different departments, clients, or vendors.
- Ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups on delegated tasks.
- Coordinate short-notice trips and accompany the Manager when necessary.
- Arrange transportation, accommodations, and schedules.
- Provide day-to-day support on special projects or operational needs as directed by management.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle tasks under pressure.
- Willing to travel on short notice.
