Planning and executing marketing campaigns that include video, photo, and written content
Shooting and editing short-form videos and photos for social media, web, and promotional use
Creating content that feels real, fresh, and aligned with our brand voice
Managing social media and digital marketing channels with engaging visual content
Analyzing campaign performance and adjusting strategies accordingly
Collaborating with sales, design, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life
Managing marketing timelines, budgets, and priorities
(If applicable) Mentoring team members or freelancers

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field
3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a creative or visual-heavy role
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)
Strong photography and photo editing skills (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop)
A portfolio or examples of videos, reels, or photo content you’ve created
Experience across digital marketing channels: social media, email, paid ads, SEO
Clear communication, great organization, and a creative spark
Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
