• Ensure all marketing materials align with branding guidelines.
• Document all advertising and promotional activities.
• Identify and recommend external media opportunities.
• Conceptualize marketing collaterals for Executive Director approval.
• Monitor effectiveness of released materials and document results.
• Coordinate with creative teams for production of collaterals.
• Recommend suppliers with lower production costs.
• Lead events promoting T.O.P. Group companies.
• Implement community campaign and visibility plans.
• Submit periodic status reports to the Executive Director.
• Perform Customer Relations Officer functions as secondary tasks.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Management, Communication, Visual/Multimedia Arts, or related programs
• Minimum Work Experience:
• Minimum 2 years in marketing
• Entry-level applicants accepted with validated experience in marketing/event organization and strong scholastic records
• Experience in advertising agency (advantage)
