We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns across HubSpot, Salesforce, CMS platforms, and paid media channels.

You'll be responsible for building marketing assets, managing automation workflows, troubleshooting integrations, and ensuring smooth end-to-end campaign execution.


  • Plan, build, and manage B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid media platforms (primarily LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads).
  • Create, execute, and optimize email nurture workflows and automation sequences in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
  • Segment CRM data and manage lead databases across Salesforce and HubSpot to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Build and update landing pages, microsites, and website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot CMS.
  • Build and format emails, event invitations, and registration pages using HubSpot tools and HTML for responsive design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM integration issues, data mismatches, and workflow errors across marketing and sales platforms.
  • Organize, clean, upload, and manipulate data using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts) for campaign targeting and reporting.
  • Produce campaign performance reports by pulling and analyzing data from HubSpot, Salesforce, and paid ad platforms.
  • Set up and manage webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Events) integrated with marketing systems for registration tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects stay on track and deliverables are met.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing operations, ideally within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce platforms, especially in campaign setup, CRM integrations, and data management.
  • Comfortable building workflows, emails, forms, and managing lifecycle stages inside marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Marketo.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS to troubleshoot and adjust emails and web content.
  • Experience building and updating websites via CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS).
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects independently.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or GA4 for website and campaign performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation best practices (lead scoring, nurture design, lifecycle marketing).
  • Experience reporting with Google Data Studio or similar BI tools.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier
  • Certifications in HubSpot, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
