About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Specialist to support our Trade and Brand Marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working in a structured, office-based environment and thrives in back-end marketing operations. You’ll be involved in executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence in-store and across trade channels, while coordinating with internal teams for product presentation, campaign alignment, visual merchandising, and reporting.
This position is not focused on external events or highly social marketing activities. Instead, it requires someone with strong execution, design, and analytical capabilities—someone who can translate brand strategies into clear, practical, and results-driven marketing executions.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the execution of trade marketing plans to drive sell-through across retail branches and partner stores.
Assist in brand marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, new product launches, and localized marketing initiatives.
Prepare presentation decks, reports, and trade materials using PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite and/or other creative tools.
Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and in-store execution.
Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team for rollout of POS materials, signage, and seasonal displays.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand positioning and pricing strategies.
Assist in evaluating marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Maintain organized tracking of marketing inventory (collaterals, giveaways, POS materials).
Support internal communications for campaign rollouts and promotions to ensure staff engagement and awareness.
Key Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
Strong presentation and design skills – proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
Comfortable with data gathering, reporting, and research to support marketing insights.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and how marketing supports retail environments.
Strong team player, but also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
