Job Summary

• Responsible for ensuring and monitoring of all raw materials with no discrepancy and no zero stocks.
• Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensures the material needed for production are properly identified and requested as planned.
• Coordinates with DPD section for the materials needed to produce the required products.
• Coordinates with Warehourse and Purchasing sections for the inventory of raw materials.
• Prepares purchase request of raw materials and accessories for production usage requirements.
• Monitors scheduled raw materials deliveries from vendors in coordination with the Purchasing section.
• Manage the planning process that includes the usage of existing inventories at multiple locations in coordination with Purchasing and DPD sections.for appropriate action of aging inventories.
• Prepares Material Issuance Slip (MIS) of raw materials and accessories for production usage.
• Performs tasks based on PPC Procedure and other procedures required by the Quality Management System.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Skills/Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferably Industrial Engineering or similar)
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Preferably 1-4 years experience specializing in manufacturing/production
• Must possess reasonable analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Team Player
