Description

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicle electrical systems, focusing on air conditioning units.

- Perform installation and maintenance of vehicle A/C systems and components.

- Repair and replace defective wiring, switches, relays, fuses, sensors, and other electrical parts.

- Conduct performance tests on vehicle A/C systems and recharge refrigerant as needed.

- Ensure proper maintenance and safety practices are followed during repair activities.

- Read and interpret electrical and aircon schematics and technical manuals.

- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to support comprehensive vehicle servicing.

- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on tasks.

- Recommend necessary parts replacement and preventive measures to avoid future malfunctions.

Requirements

- At least High School Graduate or equivalent.

-Preferably with TESDA NC II or higher certification in Automotive Servicing or Auto Electrical Servicing.

-Training or certification in Automotive Air Conditioning is a strong advantage.

- At least 2 years of experience as an auto electrician or vehicle aircon technician.

- Hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing A/C systems and electrical wiring of vehicles.

- Familiarity with both light and heavy vehicles is a plus.

- Good understanding of automotive electrical systems, A/C systems, and diagnostic tools.

- Physically fit and capable of handling tools and equipment.

- Can work independently or with minimal supervision.
