Description
- Prepare and manage project budgets and estimates
- Conduct cost analyses and feasibility studies
- Monitor project progress and financial performance
- Prepare tender documents and contracts
- Assess value engineering and cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and project coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in business planning, software testing, quality management, and electrical engineering.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, good communication, and teamwork abilities.
