Job Description
- Menetapkan kod ICD-10, CPT dan HCPCS yang tepat bagi diagnosa dan prosedur perubatan
- Menilai rekod pesakit untuk mengesahkan rawatan dan mengenal pasti maklumat yang hilang
- Memastikan pematuhan kepada peraturan persekutuan, keperluan pembayar, dan garis panduan pengkodan
- Bekerjasama dengan doktor, jururawat, dan penyedia penjagaan kesihatan lain untuk menjelaskan dokumentasi
- Mengekalkan dan mengemas kini data pesakit dalam sistem rekod kesihatan elektronik (EHR)
- Menjawab permintaan dalaman untuk maklumat perubatan dan menyokong proses audit
- Kekal terkini dengan kemas kini pengkodan, perubahan peraturan, dan amalan terbaik industri
