Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound or outbound calls, emails, and chats related to healthcare inquiries
- Assist members with benefits, coverage, claims status, eligibility, and authorizations
- Provide support to healthcare providers regarding billing, coding, and payment issues
- Resolve customer concerns, document interactions, and ensure timely follow-up
Qualifications:
- At least 1st year college undergraduate (any course)
- Minimum of 2 years BPO experience
- Healthcare account experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
