Promote and sell the company’s medical products, services, or equipment according to client requirements.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, and training sessions with clients.
Understand client needs deeply and recommend tailored solutions to maximize value.
Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and work with internal teams to improve service and product offerings.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms in collaboration with management.
Analyze sales data and account performance; prepare reports for management.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and help in prospecting new potential clients in the medical field.
Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related fields.
2+ years experience in key account management, sales, or client service—preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry-level positions).
Strong knowledge of the medical field, healthcare practices, and hospital operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
