Description

A Medical Sales Associate is responsible to assess the needs of its clients and offer possible solutions through the company’s products and services. The primary role is to promote and sell the company’s products and services, develop new clients and strengthen existing relationships. They are responsible as well for selling medical devices and related products. They develop and expand an assigned territory, identifying and cultivating high-value prospective clients.


· Making appointments to meet and reach out to new and existing customers through various channels such as face-to-face, field works, online, phone calls, social media, etc.

· Preparing pipeline and researches for prospective clients

· Making presentation materials to promote products to hospitals/supermarket and as needed

· Selling products or services to customers, and representing the brand and maintaining customer relationships

· Preparation of contracts and other documentary requirements

· Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service

· Monitoring orders and sales, and coordinating with the internal accounting unit

· Participating in company meetings with sales managers and other sales representatives for brainstorming and reportorial purposes.

· Going to conference and seminars and keeping up with industry trends

· Visit target accounts and coordinating to prospective clients

· Meeting sales target

Requirements

  • Building Relationships:Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers to build trust and credibility.
  • Product Knowledge:Having a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, and clinical evidence.
  • Sales Presentations:Presenting products to healthcare professionals, demonstrating their value and benefits, and addressing their concerns.
  • Meeting Sales Targets:Achieving assigned sales quotas and targets by effectively selling products and services.
  • Providing Product Information:Answering questions, delivering samples, and providing detailed information about products to healthcare professionals.
  • Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of new medical advancements, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Customer Service:Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Compiling Reports:Tracking sales performance, documenting client interactions, and preparing reports for management.
