Description
- Perform clinical laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, urinalysis, and immunology
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control and proper documentation
- Collect, label, and analyze specimens following standard procedures and safety protocols
- Validate and record test findings; prepare reports for physicians
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering laboratory supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations and laboratory policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Must be a Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC license required)
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred but fresh board passers are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (shows empathy, compassion, and professionalism in dealing with different patients)
- Conduct tests, analyze results, and ensure lab compliance with safety standards
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible and can work under pressure
- Organized, systematic, detail- oriented and highly- motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
