Description
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with vendors to select product assortments.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Create visually appealing displays to enhance customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in training staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Inventory Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, and Planning.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively with teams.
