- Analyze market trends to optimize product selection.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand.
- Create visually appealing product displays.
- Conduct regular reviews of product performance.
- Assist in promotional planning and execution.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in merchandising.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Inventory Management and Quality Management.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in retail environments with some physical demands.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and proactive.
