Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
Creating attractive store layouts and item displays that will showcase the brand’s features and aesthetics.
Manage the seasonal product launches. Ensuring new products are also published and optimized timely on e-commerce platforms.
Monitoring inventory level of stores and determining the product supply and demand.
Track Store inventory, and stock transfer/movement. Systematically introduce promotions, sales, price changes, etc.
Identifying and analyzing consumer trends and collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business improvement ideas.
Ensuring product selection is aligned with market trends.
8.Interpreting sales reports and providing guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement.
9 Price setting, and negotiating with buyers, suppliers, and distributors.
10.Performs any other related tasks as instructed.

Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/
Administration/Management/Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
Work Experience:
With at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
With a solid background in retail distribution operations, marketing, and product merchandising.
Creative and can conceptualize merchandising strategies, execute them and develop products to support the brand vision.
With Strong Merchandising, Marketing, Financial, and general business knowledge.
With a high aptitude for research to Analyze business opportunities.
Creative and detail-orientated.
With exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
