Description
- Maintains the cleanliness and the upkeep of company facilities.
- Ensure the need of employees and guests are being attended to i.e. coffee/tea/etc.
- Assists in messengerial needs of the Executive Office by transmitting memoranda and other important documents to appropriate addressees with utmost awareness on the confidentiality and important of the matter transmitted.
- Assists in the photocopying, transmittal and safekeeping of various important documents in the Executive Office.
Requirements
- At least College level
- With 1 year work experience is an advantage.
