What You’ll Do:

• Implement, administer, and optimize the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring its scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Develop and implement business and technical concepts to enhance the organization's Power Platform solutions.
• Provide consulting, training, and hands-on support to developers, empowering them to build effective solutions.
• Establish and maintain guidelines, best practices, and governance frameworks for Power Platform usage.
• Monitor system performance, ensure platform health, and proactively address issues to maintain a stable and efficient environment.
• Troubleshoot and develop solutions for emerging technical and business challenges in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and implement new Power Platform features and third-party integrations to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with and manage external partners to align their contributions with company goals and ensure seamless implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

• You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
• Dataverse, connectors, DLP policies, ALM, environments
• Admin Center and Center of Excellence
• You have several years of experience in Power Platform application, development, and implementation.
• You hold a degree in (business) informatics, a related field, or an equivalent IT qualification with strong professional experience.
• You proactively share your knowledge and mentor colleagues to support team development.
• You have very good written and spoken English skills.
