As a Systems Engineer, you will manage and support the technical infrastructure, including M365/O365 apps and Microsoft Intune. You'll deliver top-notch technical services, provide strategic direction, and act as a key escalation point for the Service Desk. This role offers you the unique opportunity to create a positive impact through your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high levels of service that meet or exceed agreed SLA’s
Respond appropriately to requests for computing support or incidents from customers
Monitor the performance, availability and capacity of system hardware, software & associated infrastructure applications
Install, test and maintain new or modified systems software, hardware, firmware or middleware
Administration and support for Azure Iaas/PaaS, M365 app delivery, Teams, Calling, Rooms service, SD-WAN service, configuration and hardware

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Demonstrated extensive experience (3-5+ years) in technical services delivery in M365 apps, Microsoft Intune and Sharepoint
Nice to have experience with Telephony & Video Conferencing, Microsoft Azure, Power Shell, SD WAN network, ManageEngine AD Manager Plus
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
