What you will do

As a Mobile Tech Lead (Flutter) at Inventi, you’ll be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and development of our mobile applications. You will guide a small team of engineers, set coding standards, and ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of our mobile products on both iOS and Android platforms.

Must Have Skills

• Flutter: Extensive production-level experience building and maintaining cross-platform apps
• Deep knowledge of native iOS and Android behaviors, debugging tools, and configuration
• Expertise with push notifications, using either Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or AWS SNS
• Full lifecycle experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console
• Strong experience with:
• Bloc for state management
• GoRouter for navigation
• get_it for dependency injection
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, or AWS-based workflows)
  

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Freezed for immutable data modeling
• Understanding and application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Proficiency in writing unit and widget tests following best practices
