- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments.
- Document maintenance activities and updates.
- Participate in training and skill development programs.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient as a Multi Skilled Technician; NCII certification is a plus.
- Working Conditions: May involve physical labor and work in varying environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork-oriented, and attention to detail.
