Experience Requirement:

  • At least 2 years of experience in multimedia, marketing, or content creation roles.
  • Proven experience producing both digital and print materials from concept to completion.
  • Experience in website content management (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Familiarity with coordinating suppliers, printers, influencers, and partner organizations.


Technical Skills:

  • Design & Layout: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva
  • Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut
  • Digital Tools: Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp (or equivalent), Google Business Profile
  • Web CMS: WordPress or similar platform for uploads and maintenance

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Content & Campaign Execution

  • Implement and manage the monthly marketing content calendar with the Marketing Head and business units.
  • Execute daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Google Business, and email newsletters.
  • Maintain website blog and pages, ensuring content is uploaded, formatted, and tagged properly.
  • Draft engaging and brand-consistent copy for social posts, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance weekly and monthly, providing insights for improvement.

2. Multimedia Design & Production

  • Design and produce marketing collaterals for digital and print (posters, flyers, menus, newsletters, social media content, etc.).
  • Capture and edit photo and video content optimized for different platforms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and printers to ensure timely and quality output.
  • Maintain a well-organized digital asset library of layouts, templates, and media files.

3. Digital Marketing & Website Management

  • Manage all social media posting, scheduling, and engagement monitoring.
  • Prepare and send bi-weekly newsletters and SMS campaigns aligned with current promotions.
  • Execute paid ads and boosts, optimizing engagement and reach within approved budgets.
  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

4. Coordination & Project Management

  • Work closely with internal teams (Bistro, Retail, B2B, Events) to gather marketing needs and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide creative input and recommend improvements to enhance marketing campaigns.

5. External Liaison & Partnerships

  • Coordinate with printers, suppliers, influencers, media, and partner brands.
  • Ensure all external materials align with Terry’s brand standards and quality.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with creative freelancers and partners.

6. Competitor Analysis & Market Insights

  • Conduct monthly competitor scans across digital, print, and in-store channels.
  • Prepare concise reports with visual samples, insights, and recommendations.
  • Identify emerging trends and best practices to strengthen the company’s marketing strategy.

The Multimedia & Marketing Officer is expected to:

  • Stay organized and manage multiple timelines efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and respond promptly across departments.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners.
  • Be willing to go on weekly fieldwork or branch visits for content shoots.
