  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints from Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Help customers resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a valid passport and work visa (for foreign nationals).
  • Prior BPO experience in a customer service environment is required.
  • Preferably possesses a Training Certificate or Diploma (must be translated into English).
