1. Responsible for content planning, daily updates, and interactions for the company's projects and the founder's Twitter account, coordinating with the design team on promotional materials to enhance brand influence;

2. Innovatively plan marketing campaigns based on event requirements, making preliminary proposals on event goals, user pathways, rewards, timelines, etc.;

3. Branding, packaging brand narratives into a series of content creations;

4. Responsible for content distribution and promotion across the company's new media matrix accounts (TikTok, Bilibili, WeChat, Xiaohongshu);

5. Communicate with event partners to confirm event timing, formats, scheduling of promotional materials, and copywriting;

6. Develop growth strategies, conduct regular data analysis, adjust content direction and publication strategies, and optimize communication effectiveness.

1. More than 2 years of experience in new media operations, preferably in marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields, with a deep understanding of Web3 content as a plus;

2. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with a basic understanding of Web3 technology, capable of breaking down technical documents and writing content that meets the needs of the target audience;

3. Familiarity with Twitter and social media growth strategies, able to effectively enhance account influence and engagement rates;

4. Strong communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration abilities;

5. Proficient in English as a working language, capable of communicating in spoken English.
