Technical Operations

- Responsible for all configuration, customization, and testing of NetSuite ERP modules and workflows

- Create custom forms, fields, and saved searches.

- Integrating various third-party applications with the NetSuite ERP System

- Create Suite Scripts for new customizations as well as updates and modifications to existing scripts

- Interface with company internal and 3rd party development teams to deliver fully tested and working integrations

- Analysis of business processes to recommend scripted optimizations/improvements

- End to end management of customizations

- Creation of detailed user and technical documentation for new and existing customizations

- Work with stakeholders on business requirements

Customer Service

- First point of contact globally in providing customer support with regards to the customization of NetSuite system

- Assist with providing the customer with regards to the customization of NetSuite

- Direct support to the Global IT Operations Manager for Information Technology

- Global NetSuite Product Owner

- NetSuite Support

- Celigo Integration team

- Various Departments which have NetSuite users (e.g. Finance)

Development Of Ways Of Working

- Ability to understand and customize NetSuite based on business needs

- Ability to document the customization and share with the business for use

Qualifications:

- Degree or industry standard qualifications relating to the role

- NetSuite Basic and Advanced level certification

- 2 to 3 years in a similar or equivalent position (NetSuite development)

- Preferably 4+ Yrs experience in an IT Services environment
