NetSuite Functional Consultant (Jr / Mid / Sr) Philippines-based only

Work Setup: Full Onsite / Hybrid - with travel to the customers' office

Office Location: Ortigas CBD or Quezon City

We are hiring for multiple NetSuite Functional Consultants from Junior/Associate to Senior Level.

Job Descriptions:

• Junior/Associate Level - We are seeking a motivated Junior/Associate Functional Consultant to support our NetSuite implementation and optimization services. You'll work under the guidance of senior consultants to gather business requirements, help configure NetSuite modules, and import data.
• Mid-Senior Level - You’ll work closely with internal/external stakeholders to analyze needs, configure NetSuite modules, lead walkthrough sessions, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. As a senior consultant, you'll lead high-impact NetSuite projects and drive strategic value through system optimization. Work with cross-functional teams, lead implementations, and conduct pre-sales demos.

Key Responsibilities:

Junior/Associate Level:

**Assist Lead Consultants in gathering and documenting business requirements.

**Support NetSuite configurations under the guidance of Senior Consultants.

**Help in user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training.

**Provide first-level support and troubleshooting.

**Assist with data migration.

Mid Level:

**Lead business requirements gathering sessions and documentation.

**Lead personalization and walkthrough sessions.

**Configure NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Inventory, etc.).

**Liaise between technical teams and business units.

**Lead UAT activities and end-user training.

**Manage data imports, reports, and dashboards.

Senior Level:

**Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations and upgrades.

**Lead Pre-Sales meeting/demo.

**Conduct in-depth business process analysis and optimization.

**Design custom workflows, dashboards, and reports.

**Mentor junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer.

**Provide strategic recommendations to improve system efficiency.

**Work with the Project Manager on making sure the timeline and budget are on track.

Requirements:

Junior/Associate Level:

**Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.

**Basic knowledge of ERP systems; 1-2 years NetSuite experience is a plus.

**Strong analytical and communication skills.

**Willingness to work fully onsite.

**Eagerness to learn and grow within the NetSuite ecosystem.

Mid Level:

**Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.

**2–4 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.

**Proficient with NetSuite modules and workflows.

**Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.

**Excellent communication and documentation skills.

**Must be available to work fully onsite.

Senior Level:

**Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or related field.

**5+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience.

**Expertise in multiple NetSuite modules (Finance, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.)

**Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions.

**Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

**Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

**Ability to work fully onsite and collaborate cross-functionally.
