XXX AI is looking for talented and mission-driven AI Engineers to shape the future of open ecosystem for AI Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for innovating and developing AI systems within XXX ecosystem. If you are passionate about leveraging large language models (LLMs) and machine learning to create cutting-edge AI systems, we invite you to join our team.

Data Workflow Optimization:

• Design, build, and enhance agent workflows that integrate both structured and unstructured data, creating knowledge graphs and preference embeddings for personalized AI on device

Backend System Development:

• Architect and implement scalable backend systems that incorporate APIs, facilitating seamless data retrieval and enhancing model interaction pipelines

Framework Innovation:

• Collaborate closely with the team to develop LLM action agent frameworks beyond using Llama Index and Langchain, for tool making and tool using, and driving continuous improvement in AI toolsets

Model Integration:

• Work with large and small language model APIs to enhance functionalities in retrieval, embedding, and function calls, adapting these models to suit personalized assistant and intent matching use cases

Machine Learning Application:

• Utilize PyTorch-based models to apply machine learning techniques, contributing to cutting-edge developments in AI-driven data processing and modeling

Model Fine-Tuning & Deployment:

• Fine-tune and deploy language and action models, experiment with datasets, and iterate on approaches to improve performance, enabling tailored solutions for diverse user needs

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages; strong understanding of ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• AI Expertise: Solid knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and neural networks
• Model Deployment: Experience in deploying models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), in containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), or on mobile devices
• Experience: Experience with knowledge graphs, embedding techniques, data pipelines, and frameworks like Langchain and Llama Index
• Collaboration: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and collaborate across departments to integrate AI technologies into various products

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and LLMs
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for monitoring AI systems in production
• Experience in A/B testing, optimization, and model interpretability
