Role: Novated Leasing Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Schedule: Morning Shift  

Job Description:  

• Novated Lease Management: Manage lease terminations and reconciliations at the end of the lease term or when an employee exits their employer, serving as the primary contact point.

• Compliance Adherence: Ensure all customer interactions comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Customer Service: Engage with customers via phone, email, and SMS.

Requirements:  

• At least 12 months of experience in novated lease fleet management (preferred).
• Proven administrative experience.
• Experience in Fintech or a startup environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Catch-e system (preferred).
