Description
- Assist FAS Supervisor
- Support in coordination with Finance, Admin and other departments
- She/ He will assist in ensuring that all the supplies , services and equipment's required are delivered on time.
- Maintain supplier information for regularly purchased items
- Any other duties or tasked delegated by FAS Supervisor and or FAS Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's/ College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business related
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply!
- Knowlegeable in procurement process, policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Google sheets
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in Pasay City
- Can start ASAP!
