Responsibilities:

• Providing text-based consulting services to platform users via email and online chat, addressing various issues that arise during the use of the platform;
• Offering professional consulting support regarding the company's products;
• Reassuring and assisting clients in difficult situations to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction;
• If necessary, documenting client inquiries and forwarding their needs to the appropriate departments for product optimization;
• Informing users about important changes in the system and products;
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Russian language - native; proficiency in Chinese or English at a working level (for internal communication);
• Higher education (bachelor's degree or higher);
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support in the fields of finance, e-commerce, or internet technologies;
• Experience in support for a cryptocurrency exchange will be an advantage;
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, high level of responsibility, and analytical thinking;
• Knowledge of the virtual assets industry, financial markets, or blockchain technologies is a plus.
