Requirements:

- Updated CV

- Lesson demo video (English or Business English focus)x

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree (any course)

- Fluent English speaker with C2-level proficiency

- 1+ year of online ESL teaching experience

- TEFL certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

- Valid NBI Clearance

Required Teaching Setup:

- Laptop/Desktop (Intel i5 10th Gen or better, 8GB+ RAM, CPU score ≥ 3500)

- 1080P webcam and noise-canceling headset

- Wired internet: 25 Mbps (minimum) + 15 Mbps backup (no mobile hotspots)

- Power backup: 8 hours minimum

Note: While ESL experience is an advantage, we welcome applicants with strong English proficiency and communication skills.
