The Operations and Compliance Coordinator – Trading is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the trading business while ensuring full compliance with all government tax and regulatory requirements. This role ensures efficient order processing, accurate reporting, and responsive customer service to support the fast-paced environment of trading operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax and Government Compliance
  • File all monthly tax returns (e.g., VAT, percentage tax, withholding tax) and ensure timely submissions to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
  • Process and file government contributions including SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG for applicable employees or contractors.
  • Maintain accurate and updated compliance records for audit readiness.
  • Daily Operational Supervision
  • Supervise the end-to-end flow of trading operations including inventory monitoring, supplier coordination, and internal task management.
  • Ensure all internal processes run efficiently and support business objectives.
  • Order Fulfillment & Dispatch
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of customer and client orders.
  • Monitor delivery performance and resolve any logistics-related issues.
  • Customer & Client Communication
  • Answer inquiries from clients, suppliers, and partners via phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Provide timely updates on order status, pricing, and availability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, tax filing, or trading/logistics is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of organization and time management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with BIR e-filing systems and government compliance procedures is a plus.
