Daily Operations Support

• Assist in the preparation, execution, and review of various online/offline events;
• Assist in the collection, organization, and preliminary analysis of operational data;
• Responsible for routine tasks such as content editing, page maintenance, and writing articles.

Project Follow-up Collaboration

• Follow up and coordinate the progress of cross-departmental collaborative projects to ensure milestones are met;
• Record meeting minutes and draft project progress documents to facilitate the implementation of tasks.

User Operations Support

• Assist in handling user feedback, collecting opinions, and providing initial responses;
• Assist in executing operational actions for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Other Ad Hoc Task Handling

• Includes daily administrative support such as vendor communication, material preparation, and report generation.
