- Conduct administrative functions outsourced by the client
- Inspect supplier transaction reports to assess correct procedures have been followed
- Ensure the accuracy of transactions processed
- Coordinate with client utilising product and policy knowledge
- Respond to supplier questions and issues raised from reporting
- Proactively identify gaps or trends in supplier behaviour to assist mitigation of leakage
- Submit timely and appropriate reporting to key stakeholders
