Qualifications:

• Must have experience in the real estate industry
• Residing in or near Makati City
• Strong background in operations management
• Excellent people management and client communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Has a pleasing personality and professional demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willing and able to travel for events or field activities
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Experience in developing, improving, and implementing operational processes

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure efficiency
• Manage and supervise staff to ensure productivity and performance
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Monitor work processes and implement improvements
• Assist in planning and executing company events and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Support the CEO and management team in strategic operations
