We’re looking for a Panel Operations Manager to lead and optimize our panel and online research operations. If you’re experienced in digital or product operations and passionate about driving efficiency and results — we’d love to have you on our team.

• Oversee daily panel operations and ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and implement process improvements to meet business goals.
• Lead and mentor team members for performance and growth.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in panel, online research, or digital platform operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience in strategy execution and team management.
