1. Card Product Operations Support

- Participate in the daily operations of Gate Card, including event planning and execution, content generation, product functionality testing, and handling user feedback.

- Assist in following up on product functionality testing, launch and implementation processes, tracking and promoting timely resolution of product issues to ensure smooth product iterations.

- Conduct cross-departmental collaboration, coordinate resources, and ensure that products are launched on schedule while continuously optimizing user experience.

2. Data Analysis Support

- Utilize data tools to analyze user behavior and operational effectiveness, identify issues and breakthrough points to drive product optimization and growth strategy formulation.

- Proficient in using Office, WPS, and other office software, capable of independently completing data processing, chart analysis, and report generation using Excel.

3. Market and Competitor Research

- Collect and organize market dynamics and competitor card product information, producing market analysis and trend insights.
