Operations Tasks

Assist with the daily operational tasks of company projects, including progress tracking, data recording, and outcome reporting

Participate in the content publishing and maintenance of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, etc.)

Collect and organize industry trends, competitor information, and market research data to provide decision-making support for the team

Assist in event planning and execution, such as offline meetups, online AMAs, and collaborations with partners

Support the operational needs of the BD/marketing team, such as creating materials, coordinating communication, and following up on partnership implementation

Coordinate resources across departments to ensure that projects and operational plans progress on schedule

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, major is not restricted; candidates with internship experience in administrative management, operations, marketing, or project management are preferred

Fluency in written and spoken English, with basic Chinese communication skills being a plus

Interest in the Web3/blockchain industry, with an understanding of basic industry concepts being an advantage

Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to learn quickly, with good cross-team communication and coordination skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PPT); familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, and Miro is a plus

Preference for candidates with Singaporean citizenship
