- 取引所の直接顧客の全ライフサイクル運営を担当し、新規顧客のご案内、アクティブ度の向上、リテンションおよび再購入管理を行います。
- 直接顧客専用のキャンペーン（入金ボーナス、取引コンテスト、VIP専用イベントなど）を企画・実施し、顧客のロイヤルティと取引深度の向上を図ります。
- 直接顧客の行動データおよびフィードバックを収集・分析し、洞察を導き出すとともに、製品の最適化および運営の改善提案を行います。
- マーケティング、製品、カスタマーサポート、コンプライアンスなど各部門と調整し、直接顧客向け運営キャンペーンの円滑な実施を確保します。
- 取引額、アクティブ率、リテンション率など直接顧客のデータを監視し、定期的に運営報告書を作成します。
- 業界動向および競合他社の状況を注視し、直接顧客向け運営戦略の継続的な最適化に努めます。
