Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate and conduct business development for mainstream international DeFi projects, prior internet operations experience is also welcome.

2. Independently complete event planning and promotion work, with practical experience in both online and offline promotions;

3. Organize and manage the company’s Facebook/Twitter/Zhihu and other relevant overseas new media platforms, social media, and promote the company’s products and brand;

4. Participate in establishing and managing overseas communities; provide and disseminate professional content knowledge; expand the project’s fan base, connect project resources, and sustain traffic monetization;

5. Collaborate closely with operations from various countries and product development teams to achieve common goals.

6. English can be used as the working language; proficiency in listening, reading, and writing is essential!

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, or computer-related fields;

2. International background with at least 1 year of experience in the blockchain/DeFi sector;

3. Familiarity with operational channels, methods, and techniques of blockchain projects, prior operational experience in international blockchain (especially DeFi) projects or possessing operational resources is preferred; interns with a strong interest in the blockchain industry and prior internet operations experience are also encouraged to apply!

4. Ability to weigh and think deeply from different perspectives, including user, market, business conditions, and competitive environment;

5. Strong execution and driving force, able to quickly gain recognition from upstream and downstream partners;

6. Excellent communication skills, must have fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, capable of independently completing articles in English.
