- Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance management processes.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR roles, preferably in recruiting and employee relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in recruiting, employee relations, and retention strategies; high attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; standard business hours with potential for occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude in HR practices.
