Job Description
- Responsible for collecting payments on motor vehicle loans.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers in arrears.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and collections.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues.
- Prepare reports on collection activities and account status.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Reliable, strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in data entry.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Collect payments, maintain accurate records, and liaise with customers regarding outstanding accounts.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with some travel required for customer interactions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
