Description
- The Area Coordinator is responsible for overseeing operations within assigned areas to ensure effective management, smooth workflow, and strong coordination between teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational standards, monitoring performance, and ensuring goals are achieved.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 3 years of supervisor or coordination experience; With strong background in people management, crisis management, and client relations; With background in HR functions (recruitment, training, and performance appraisal)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Working Conditions: Must be willing to do fieldwork and travel to assigned area
- Qualities and Traits: Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
