Chief Business Officer

• We are a London-based entertainment studio and lifestyle brand, expanding into Seoul and Singapore. Our company blends music, film, artist-driven merchandise, immersive experiences, lifestyle services, and AI-powered products into a new entertainment ecosystem.
• We are seeking a Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead our Singapore entity from establishment, drive business growth, secure investment, and shape our expansion strategy.

• Investment & Fundraising: Prepare financial pitches, lead funding rounds, and assess project feasibility.

• Business Growth & Expansion: Oversee financial strategy, market entry, and revenue models.
• IP & Commercial Strategy: Guide intellectual property monetization across entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
• Singapore Leadership: Take charge of our Singapore branch from its establishment, ensuring smooth operations and long-term success.
• Proven experience in startup fundraising, business development, or investment strategy.
• Background in entertainment, fashion, hospitality, or intellectual property is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, investor relations, and monetization models.
• Experience with patents and IP commercialization is a bonus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or Korean is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely, with availability for virtual meetings on Tuesday evenings (SGT).
