Description

Join a fast-growing health and wellness brand delivering premium products across Southeast Asia. We are seeking a results-oriented Ads Manager to lead and optimize our digital performance campaigns across multiple key platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (including Merchant Center & Analytics), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Lazada Ads
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution — creative briefing, audience targeting, budget management, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-conversion ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Set up and manage advanced tracking (server-side and client-side) using tools like Stape and Google Tag Manager.
  • Maintain accurate product feeds and catalogs through Google Merchant Center and e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive continuous ad growth in collaboration with our in-house creatives team.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new advertising tools.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Expertise in Google Merchant Center, server-side tracking (Stape), Facebook Business Manager, and relevant ad platforms.
  • Solid background in A/B testing, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and data-driven optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance dashboards (GA, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience troubleshooting tracking and pixel issues across platforms.
  • Effective budget management to maximize ROI.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and results-focused.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the health, wellness, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors in Southeast Asia.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Advertising, or TikTok Marketing.
  • Familiarity with third-party feed automation tools.
