Client Acquisition & Prospecting
Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting efforts.
Conduct financial needs assessments to understand clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.
Present and explain financial products and services, demonstrating how they align with client needs.
Financial Planning & Advisory Services
Develop customized financial plans that address wealth accumulation, risk management, and retirement planning.
Provide expert guidance on insurance, investments, savings, and estate planning strategies.
Monitor market trends and economic changes to help clients make informed decisions.
Product Recommendations & Implementation
Offer insurance solutions (life, health, business, and income protection) to safeguard clients’ assets and financial stability.
Recommend investment options (mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etc.) based on financial goals and risk appetite.
Assist clients in setting up financial products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Relationship Management & After-Sales Service
Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients through regular financial check-ups and strategy reviews.
Assist clients with policy updates, claims processing, beneficiary changes, and withdrawals.
Provide proactive financial literacy education to help clients make sound financial choices.
Compliance & Professional Development
Stay updated on financial regulations, market trends, and new products to provide accurate advice.
Ensure all transactions and recommendations comply with industry laws and ethical standards.
Continuously improve knowledge through certifications, training, and professional development.
Requirements
Must be a Bachelor's Degree
With at least 5 to 10 years work experience in any field
Must be able to generate leads and network for prospect list
Must have strong internet connection at home
Must have available gadget to use like laptop / Smart Phone
Former Bank Assurance Experience is PLUS
Must be willing to take Licensure Exam at Insurance Commission
Must be willing to render a minimum 15 hours a week or 3 hours a day
