? We’re Hiring! Partner Account Manager at Juan Accounting Software Solutions


Location: Hybrid (Work From Home + Face-to-Face Events)

Job Type: Full-time

We’re scaling fast and looking for a dynamic Partner Account Manager to join our Growth & Partnerships team. What You’ll Be Doing:


? Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research and build lists of potential CPA firm partners
  • Reach out via email, calls, LinkedIn, and more
  • Qualify leads based on firm profile and readiness to partner

? Appointment Setting

  • Book 3+ quality appointments daily from your own outreach
  • Ensure 90%+ show-up rates using CRM and scheduling tools
  • Manage your own pipeline and follow up effectively

? Deal Closing

  • Independently close qualified partner leads, particularly for smaller firms or solo practitioners
  • Conduct live software demos and showcase its value
  • Represent Juan’s software at events, trade shows, and online presentations
  • Negotiate partnership terms and ensure a seamless transition with onboarding teams

? CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Log activity and notes accurately in the CRM
  • Track pipeline stages, performance, and outcomes

? Collaboration & Feedback

  • Take over appointments from other reps when needed
  • Share insights with the Growth, Product, and Onboarding teams


What Success Looks Like:


  • 100+ outreach attempts per day across channels
  • 3+ appointments booked with decision-makers daily
  • 90%+ show-up rate for scheduled calls
  • Monthly partnership deals closed
  • 100% CRM compliance


You’re a Great Fit If You Have:


✔️ 2+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development

✔️ Proven track record of closing deals (bonus if in SaaS or accounting-related solutions)

✔️ Excellent communication skills

✔️ CPA license (preferred, but not required)

✔️ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms

✔️ Proactive and self-motivated attitude

✔️ Experience with accounting firms? Big plus!
