Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts.
- Ensure high-quality standards and presentation for all baked goods.
- Manage inventory and ordering of baking supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal recipes.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations consistently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in pastry baking.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, ensure quality control, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, may require long hours and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, flexible, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
