- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a pastry/baking role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in baking techniques, recipe interpretation, and pastry decoration.
- Working Conditions: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, often on weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, and strong time management skills.
